For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the wwwvip website, mobile-optimized interface, and all games, products, and services accessible through wwwvip.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the wwwvip Platform.
• "Player Balance" or "Wallet" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any bonus balance subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, match bonus, free spin winnings, or other non-cash credit applied to an account subject to wwwvip's applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds from a wwwvip account.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory body of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which use of the wwwvip Platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any of the actions listed in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's account preventing access to gambling services for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the wwwvip Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (d) you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and wwwvip with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter. No oral representations or informal communications shall modify these Terms.

wwwvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, subject to the notice provisions in Section 15. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on wwwvip, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• Not be a resident of or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
• Not have been previously self-excluded from the wwwvip Platform or be subject to any active exclusion order.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

wwwvip employs age verification procedures during the KYC process to confirm that players meet the 21+ requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances returned in full, and wwwvip reserves the right to report the matter to appropriate regulatory authorities. The provision of false information regarding age constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

To access real-money gaming services on wwwvip, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including a username, a valid email address, and a password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true and accurate as of the date of registration and you undertake to maintain its accuracy throughout your use of the Platform.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on wwwvip. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. wwwvip may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and may apply penalties including the forfeiture of bonus balances associated with such accounts.

KYC Verification: Prior to the processing of any withdrawal from a wwwvip account, the account holder is required to complete the KYC verification process. This requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (UMID, driver's license, passport, or SSS ID).
• A recent selfie holding the same identification document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account in the player's name) where required.

wwwvip targets KYC verification completion within 24 hours of document submission, subject to the completeness and legibility of submitted materials. wwwvip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR-aligned regulatory requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wwwvip account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. wwwvip strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator or Authy.

You agree that:

1. You will not share your login credentials with any third party.
2. You will notify wwwvip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3. wwwvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. wwwvip support staff will never request your account password through any communication channel — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
5. You will not access the wwwvip account of another player for any reason.

wwwvip employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and monitors login activity for unusual patterns. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, wwwvip may temporarily lock an account pending identity verification. All player balances are held in accounts segregated from wwwvip's operating funds.

Deposits: wwwvip accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay/PESONet), 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. E-wallet deposits are credited to your wwwvip wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–15 minutes under normal conditions. Deposit fees charged by third-party payment providers are the player's responsibility.

Deposits from Third Parties: wwwvip does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your name. If a third-party deposit is identified, it will be reversed and the depositing account will be investigated. Repeated or intentional third-party deposits may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by KYC-verified account holders. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible (return-to-source policy). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Withdrawal processing targets:

• GCash and Maya: 5–30 minutes from approval for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers: Up to 3 business hours from approval.
• USDT TRC20: 15–60 minutes from approval (subject to blockchain confirmation).

wwwvip does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own fees. wwwvip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain amounts as part of its AML obligations. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending completion of any active bonus wagering requirements.

wwwvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during wagering, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific bonus terms are displayed in full at the point of offer and must be read before claiming any promotion.

The following general rules apply to all wwwvip bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ₱500 per spin, round, or bet — unless the specific bonus terms specify a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
• wwwvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel any promotional offer where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated bonus abuse by multiple accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific bonus terms explicitly permit stacking.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to wwwvip support immediately. wwwvip reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonuses.

All games offered on wwwvip operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, and professional human dealer procedures for live casino games. Game outcomes are determined by certified fair processes and are not subject to manipulation by wwwvip or any third party.

In the event of a game error or technical malfunction, wwwvip reserves the right to declare affected game rounds void and to refund the wager amount to the player's account. wwwvip publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles in the game lobby. These are the theoretical long-term averages certified by independent testing laboratories and represent the expected return over an extended period of play — they do not guarantee specific short-term outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wwwvip Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on wwwvip.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Abusing promotional offers, including coordinated multi-account bonus claiming ("bonus abuse").
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wwwvip staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials with, or gambling on behalf of, any third party.

wwwvip provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses per day, week, or month. Reduction effective immediately; increases subject to cooling-off.
• Session Timers: Automatic notifications and optional auto-logout after a specified play duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders during play showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours to 6 weeks, effective immediately on request through support.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account closure for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Processed within 24 hours. Cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

wwwvip will not send promotional marketing communications to self-excluded accounts for the duration of the exclusion. Players who have self-excluded and who attempt to re-register will have any new accounts identified and closed, with balances returned.

Closure by Player: You may request permanent closure of your wwwvip account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed under self-exclusion are subject to the exclusion terms in Section 10.

Suspension or Closure by wwwvip: wwwvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, wwwvip reserves the right to withhold some or all of the player's balance pending investigation. Any balance withheld as a result of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach will not be returned.

All content on the wwwvip Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, images, trademarks, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of wwwvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including Philippine copyright law and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wwwvip Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software used on the Platform; or use the wwwvip name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wwwvip and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
2. Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from use of the Platform.
3. Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to gaming services beyond wwwvip's reasonable control.
4. Gambling losses — participation in gambling activities is voluntary and conducted at the player's own risk.
5. Third-party payment processing delays or errors outside wwwvip's control.
6. Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.

wwwvip's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your total deposits to your wwwvip account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from wwwvip's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by wwwvip is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and wwwvip.

By registering an account with wwwvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have not opted out) marketing communications.

wwwvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, wwwvip will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed in the Platform upon your next login, an email to your registered address, or a notice posted in the Platform's news or announcements section.

Your continued use of the wwwvip Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. wwwvip recommends reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact wwwvip support in the first instance. wwwvip will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days. Details of the complaint process are available through the live chat or support email.

Formal Dispute Resolution: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through wwwvip's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or such other Philippine arbitration body as the parties may agree. The place of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. Proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its rights pending arbitration.

The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and controlling version. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding.
